The ORMS Counseling team is here to support students, parents and teachers. The best way to contact the counselors is by email. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Generally, all emails received during office hours are answered within a few hours. Those emails received outside of our office hours will be answered the next day. If you are in an emergency or life threatening situation, please contact 911.
